Studio Policies
By booking an appointment or signing our forms, you agree to the following standards of Ink by Oz.
These policies ensure a safe, professional, and creative environment for everyone.
01. Consent & Eligibility
~Clients must be 18+ with a valid government-issued ID. ~You must disclose any medical conditions or allergies before we begin.
~Your signature confirms you are giving consent to the artist to receive a tattoo.
~You are not under the influence of any alcohol or substances.
02. Health & Safety
~We maintain hospital-grade sterilization protocol using single-use needles and specialized disposables.
~Our artists adhere to strict hygiene standards.
For your safety, please follow all artist instructions during the session.
03. Deposits & Cancellations
~All deposits are non-refundable.
~Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice to retain your deposit.
~Late arrivals (15+ mins) or no-shows effectively forfeit the deposit to cover the artist's lost time.
04. Behavior & Respect
~We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
~Drugs or excessive alcohol are strictly prohibited.
~The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for misconduct.
